Hi!

 

I'd like to know the maximum paper gsm that I can print in A3 format on my HP Officejet 7720 Wide Format printer.

I've tried inserting a single 185 gsm matte card stock sheet in the feeder but it wouldn't recognize it. The printer screen displayed "Pinter problem" every time I tried to do so.

HP Recommended

105 gsm is maximum recommended, everything above that will cause problems like jam or misprint.
