I recently replaced the toner collection and fuser unit on my printer for other issues I was having. The blotches and sprinkles of toner issue are resolved.
But the other I also had is not resolved. That is a magenta shadow through the whole printed page. The magenta toner is full, i print very little in color. That started creeping in a few months ago but I ignored it because it was very light.
I pulled out the magenta cartridge and it looks fine. Not sure how the toner is getting on the page when I am printing only in black. I also ran the printer through the cleaning mode and also installed the most current driver for the model for macOS. Printer driver ver 10.4
I attached a copy of the issue...Any advice will be helpful
