Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It can be a bit confusing when the toner cartridge tray is removed from the printer and you're not sure how to get it back in. Don't worry, it's a pretty simple process! This guide will walk you through putting the tray back in, and also show you how to replace an individual toner cartridge.

Part 1: Reinstalling the Entire Toner Cartridge Tray
If the whole drawer that holds the four cartridges was taken out, follow these steps to put it back.

Step 1: Open the front door
First, make sure the printer is on. Then, open the front access door to reveal the space where the tray slides in.

Step 2: Align and slide the tray in
Grasp the blue handle on the front of the toner cartridge drawer. Carefully align the drawer with the guide rails inside the printer. Slide the drawer straight in until you feel it click securely into place.

Step 3: Close the front door
Once the tray is firmly in place, simply close the front door. The printer will make some noises as it initializes and recognizes the cartridges. This is completely normal!

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
