My printer, HP Smart Tank 519, started printing in purple about 4 days ago. I cleaned the printheads several times, but it's good. I noticed that yellow and magenta are a bit low, so I thought that might be the reason. I didn't use my printer until the ink arrived, which is today. I started printing, but the results are still the same. Someone told me to check the nozzle, and I noticed that the yellow is missing
This is what it prints

Hi @mirai_69KR,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding missing cyan and yellow colors on the HP Smart Tank 519!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Check Ink Levels: Ensure that the ink tank levels for cyan, yellow, and magenta are sufficiently filled as low ink levels can affect print quality.
Nozzle Test: Perform a nozzle test to check for any missing nozzles that may be affecting the ink flow for cyan and yellow. This test will help identify if there are clogged nozzles that need attention.
Printhead Cleaning: Even if the printheads were cleaned several times, consider doing a manual cleaning. This involves using a lint-free cloth and distilled water to gently clean around the outside of the printhead, and then blotting it to ensure no ink residue remains. Avoid using alcohol as it may damage the printheads.
Printhead Alignment: After cleaning, ensure that the printheads are aligned correctly. Misalignment can cause the printer to print incorrect colors.
Embedded Web Server Diagnostics: Use the embedded web server of the printer to perform diagnostics. This can provide detailed information about nozzle health and help identify which printhead is causing the issue.
I hope this helps.
