Deskjet GT 5820

Hi! After printing, I found out that the printer missing blue color. Clearing "printer heads" didn't work so I checked the cartridge after that and he was full. The instruction says to check inside the printer. And there I guess all alright. What I should do? image.png

@leeker, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand the printer is not printing in blue. Are you using HP ink cartridges?

Have you used an alternate color ink cartridge and check if that helps?

 

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues

Clean the ink cartridges/printhead up to 2 times and print a quality report to check the result. 

 

Try making a standalone copy in color and check if that prints fine. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

If the issue persists. I'm afraid this could be a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
