Hello, I have an HP LaserJet Pro 400 Colour M451dn.

 

I have had it for 8 years now. This will be about the fourth time I have changed all the inks.

It is not printing using the Black and Cyan color.

I have tried: Cleaning the Page and calibrating it.

Many times.

And I have even set it back to factory settings, in case I had changed anything.

All the bars are there to show the inks are there and full.

I know when I place inks to be careful.

So I have given the chips a little rub with lint-free cloth.

Please can someone help, I'm at wits end with it.😟
