Hello, I have seen other people post about this issue before. I have an Hp Photo ENVY 7155 and am missing the set up ink cartridges. I have put in brand new ink cartridges but it says that I just have the set up cartridges. I am not sure what to do but want to use my printer!

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with setting up your printer as the setup ink cartridges are missing.

 

I've sent you a private message with the instructions to override the setup ink cartridges by using genuine HP ink.

 

In order to access your private messages, Click the Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link
