Hp Envy 4520 printer replaced ink cartridges now getting error message "cartridges appear to be missing.  If cartridges are installed,  check that plastic tape covering ink nozzles has been removed."  The tape is removed.  Unplugged the printer.  Waited 10 mins plugged in powered on.  Removed cartridges.   Reinserted.  Still receiving  error message.  Did this several times for many days.  I even reinstalled the old cartridges because they weren't empty.  In fact I received the error message with old cartridges which I took out because of forgot to remove the tape.  So after receiving the error message I replaced ink with new cartridges and still receiving error message.  What else can I do?

I understand you are facing cartridge error.
