Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Folks,

Can I try replacing the ink cartridges individually?  I've tried the suggested steps for this error and am still receiving the error.  Or do I need to change the mechanism that the cartridges sit in?

Any other suggestions?  My printer's firmware shows "up to date", should I manually reinstall it?
