HP Smart Tank 210 Printer

I create a design have the same size as my envelope but when I print, it just take a part of design, I already print some same size design and it take all the design

  • Ensure that you have selected the correct paper size in the printer driver settings:
    • Go to the Print menu from your design software.
    • Click on ‘Properties’ or ‘Printer Settings.’
    • Ensure the paper type is set to ‘Envelope’ and the size matches your envelope size.

2. Check Page Setup in Software

  • Verify the page size in your software matches the envelope’s size:
    • Adjust the document’s page setup in your design software to ensure it matches the size of your envelope.
  • Ensure there are no margins or scaling settings that might be causing only part of the design to print.

3. Paper Alignment

  • Ensure that the envelopes are properly aligned and loaded in the printer:
    • Align the envelopes to the right edge of the input tray and adjust the paper guides to fit snugly without bending the envelopes.

4. Use the Correct Paper Type Setting

  • If you haven’t done so already, configure the printer for the envelope type you’re using. Incorrect paper settings can result in partial prints.

5. Update Printer Firmware and Drivers

  • Check for any available updates for the printer’s firmware or your print drivers:
    • Visit the HP Support website to download the latest software and firmware relevant to your printer model.

6. Test with Another Document

  • Try printing another simple document of the same size to see if the problem persists. This can help determine if the issue is with the design file itself or the printer settings.

7. Review and Modify Design
