@Print3755, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds frustrating to deal with missing lines in your printed documents. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:

Clean the Printhead: Most HP printers have a built-in utility to clean the printhead. You can access this through the printer's control panel or software on your computer. This process can help clear any blockages or dried ink that might be causing the issue.

Check Ink Levels: Ensure that your ink cartridges are not running low. Sometimes, low ink levels can cause printing issues.

Align the Printhead: Aligning the printhead can improve print quality. This option is usually available in the printer's maintenance menu.

Clean the Ink Cartridges: Remove the ink cartridges and gently clean the contacts with a lint-free cloth and distilled water. Be careful not to touch the nozzles.

Perform a Test Print: After cleaning and aligning, perform a test print to see if the issue is resolved.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
