Hi,
I'm blocked because I don't have in the box the setup cartdridges, I'm looking for an alternative solution to make the printer usable.

If your HP ENVY Inspire 7221e All-in-One Printer is asking for setup cartridges and they are missing from the box, here are a few steps you can try.
Try using regular ink cartridges: If you have compatible ink cartridges (for example, from a previous printer), you may be able to insert them into the printer temporarily. The printer may allow you to bypass the setup cartridges as long as the printer detects functional cartridges.
Reset the Printer: In some cases, performing a hard reset on the printer can clear error messages related to setup cartridges:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it for at least 30 seconds.
- Plug it back in and turn it on, then check if the setup cartridge error clears.
Check for any updates: Sometimes, firmware updates can change the printer's behavior. If you can access the printer settings through the control panel or HP Smart App, see if there are any updates available that might resolve this issue.
