Product: HP ENVY 5532 e-All-in-One Printer

Hi, my HP ENVY 5532 printer has worked great up until recently.  When I print documents some of the text is missing.  I have tried the troubleshooting guide via the virtual agent & cleaned the cartridges three times, but the problem persists.  Any help would be appreciated.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What is the operating system?
  • Are you printing from your phone or computer?
  • Does the copy print out the same way?
