New colour cartridge added to printer and yet it only prints in black

If your HP printer isn't printing in colour, it could be due to a settings issue, low ink levels, or clogged printheads.

 

Please share your printer model or product number for further assistance.

 

May I know if you are using the printer with a computer or a phone?

If using a computer, which operating system is installed on your computer? If using a phone, is it an iPhone or Android?

 

Are you getting any error messages?

 

The more details you provide, the better we'll understand the problem and the faster we can resolve it!
