Product: Office Jet Pro 9015e

Printer alerted on a depleted ink cartridge (Yellow) but allowed me to print in black until cartridge was replaced. Other cartridges showed ink available (black/Cayan/Magenta).Ordered a replacement yellow cartridge and replaced.....on closing the door and the printer going through its maintenance cycle, the printer now states two (2) of the other cartridges are now depleted (Cayan and Magenta) and will no longer let me print in black. Printer was fine printing in only black until the replacement of the yellow cartridge. I have had many HP printers in the past and have been happy with them, however, I find this issue problematic as I made a purchase decision to get me up and running only to be blindsided by the other two two (2) cartridges magically going to depletion (even though I was only printing in black). I need a fix and/or workaround to this issue or I will have to look at other vendors for future purchases. Please advise.
