Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6975 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

1. My printer will not print blue/cyan ink, even after running a "level 3" cleaning. No blue/cyan makes it onto the paper, but according to the HP Smart app, blue/cyan ink cartridges are still depleting, as if it WERE making it onto paper.

 

2. There is a large deposit of ink inside the bottom of the printer (appears to be mostly black in color) below where the thing that holds the ink cartridges rests, but I have gotten no error messages from either the printer or the HP Smart app.
