Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

printer 2700e does not print black. Reports show adequate ink. Just stopped printing black section of sheet

Do you have black ink installed and if so how is the level indicator?

HP Recommended

I have the HP instant ink service. The ink level indicator is low and I have not received any replacement. I had not touched the printer cartridge. 
When I print the information page it is in black and good print.
