Product: Deskjet 4100e

I have put new ink cartridges in and the printer says I am out of ink. They are brand new cartridges tho. Please help this printer is brand new.

I see that you are facing cartridge issues with HP DeskJet Plus 4100e Printer.

 

Request you to update printer firmware. Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.
