After several years producing excellent prints my HP 6962 no longer seems to recognize the Cyan cartridge (#902). I've run the gamut of aligning, cleaning the printer heads, etc., but nothing seems to help. I've read elsewhere that HP has a replacement cartridge group, 910, that should work, but I'm reluctant to spend additional $$ if this isn't going to resolve the issue. Can anyone offer any helpful solutions, or should I scrap the machine and look for another one that might do a better job in the long run?
