My Colour laser Mfp 178nw has started printing everything with a grey band down page how do I fix

My HP Colour Laser MFP 178nw has suddenly started printing everything with a 3" stripe just off centre all the way down, In this block there is sometimes a blurred repetition of the top writing at the bottom.  How do I fix this?
