My Envy 5052 only prints blank pages, I have run the cleaning several time and replaced ink cartridges

Check Ink Levels and Cartridges:

  • Ensure that the new ink cartridges are properly installed and that they are genuine HP cartridges.
  • Verify that the protective tape on the new cartridges has been removed.
  • Check the ink levels from the printer’s control panel or the HP Smart app to confirm they are not empty.

Printhead Cleaning:

  • Perform a deeper printhead cleaning from the printer’s control panel or the HP Smart app.
  • This process might take a few cycles to clear any clogs.

Printhead Alignment:

  • Ensure that the printhead is correctly aligned. This can be done from the printer’s control panel or the HP Smart app.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
