Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm trying to print a photo on a postcard using my Envy 6030  and the photo is crooked every time. Normal documents also come out crooked but it's not such a big issue with those as you can barely tell. On the other hand, whenever I try to print a borderless photo (or even with borders, for that matter) the picture is crooked on the paper. I've also tried different paper sizes and materials. It's always crooked.

 

I've tried aligning the printheads several times as that seems to be the solution in all other threads with a similar problem, but it's just not working for me.

 

I've also tried changing the print quality/material. The result is the same.

 

I'd appreciate an answer as my business depends on this problem being solved. Thank you very much.
