Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

THe printer won't print.  It's stuck on wanting the SETUP Cartridges which I do not have.  I have installed the correct ink cartridges but the printer will not print.  How can I get past this error?  I'd even buy SETUP cartridges if they were available.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer.

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
