My Color Laser Jet Pro M255dw just stopped printing color, even though supply levels are fine and no changes were made

Hi.

To better understand the problem, let's print a Supplies Status page as instructed below:

Does the hardware itself print colors as shown  or print Black and White only?

 

What operating system are you printing from?
