Welcome to the HP support communtiy.

I glade to assist you to fix the print quality issue on the printer.

Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?

Which application are you using to print?

Did you check the ink levels?

Meanwhile:-

Low ink levels can impact print quality. Check estimated ink levels to see if any ink cartridges are critically low or empty.

  1. Load U.S. letter or A4 size, unused, plain paper into the input tray.

  2. Turn on the printer.

  3. Open or search for the HP folder in your list of installed software programs, click the folder for your printer, then click the name of your printer.

    HP Printer Assistant opens.

  4. On the HP Printer Assistant window, click Maintain Your Printer.

  5. Click the Device Services tab, then click Estimated Ink Levels.

If the ink levels are good,Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page in Windows

  1. Load U.S. letter or A4 size, unused, plain paper into the input tray.

  2. Turn on the printer.

  3. Open or search for the HP folder in your list of installed software programs, click the folder for your printer, and then click the name of your printer.

    HP Printer Assistant opens.

  4. On the HP Printer Assistant window, click Maintain Your Printer.

  5. Click the Device Reports tab, and then click Print Diagnostic Information.

If that does not print fine, follow the below steps to fix the issue.
