My HP Deskjet 3520 will not print black at all even with a new cartridge & new printhead

Hello: I am at the end with not results. My HP Deskjet 3520 printer stop printing in black period. I have clean the cartridge with a print head cleaning solution kit I purchased. Clean the upper print cartridge heads and disassemble the print head itself.Remove it and clean with warm water, later with Isopropyl 70% Alcohol mixed half with warm water. Removed all the ink accumulation of the ink cartridge print heads. Bought new HP genuine ink cartridges from HP. Both Tri-color ink  cartridges and black and white. Did a hard reset. Did a print head cleaning status report and printed a document. All the colors print fine except black. I even bought a genuine replacement  Print head but did not printed black.

If I try to Scan print document give me an error either "turn off then on again the printer if error persists then the Scan hardware of the printer is damage".

If I try to copy it start the process but stays hung with the message "copying-1-1". After 5 minutes or so it release the blank paper. The printer is 7 years old.

Could this be the reason why it won't print black?

Thank you any advise that works will be helpful I am a Senior and only use the printer one a week.

Does anyone in the Community Room have any suggestions or solutions to my print not printing Black at all issue below???

I am beginning to think no one cares or HP have bad  printers problems and I should look up other competitors.
