Hi@Manuel66, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand your printer won't print in color.

Don't worry I will try to help you out.

Did you make any changes on your printer?

Are you able to make a color copy from your printer?

Please provide the operating system you are running on your PC.

Please try the steps recommended below.

Follow these steps to clean the printhead.
   NOTE:
To avoid issues that require cleaning, always turn the printer off with the Power button.
On the printer control panel, touch the Settings icon ().
Touch Tools, and then touch Clean Printhead. The printer cleans the printhead and then prints a test page.
Check the print quality of the test page.
If the print quality is good, touch Done.
If the print quality is not good, touch Clean Again. The printer cleans the cartridges again and then prints another test page.
   NOTE:
You might need to clean the printhead several times for optimal print quality.

I’ve tried everything. Cleaning the heads, done that about 9 times now. It prints in colour, but the colours are not right. Red is coming out a pinky orange etc. I have the pay per page package with HP. We only print from Apple devices, ie iPhone, iPads etc. It was working perfectly well. Then it went weird. Nothing has changed in how we printed. The cartridge is faulty. Please send me a new one.
