My HP Envy 5546 All-In-One Printer refuses to print.
The error message says “ink cartridges problem. remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed, then touch OK”. I have done this, gone through diagnostics, updated software checked Mac OS is up to date and followed the chat bots instructions regarding cleaning contacts but nothing suggested seems to work.
I have also checked and it says sufficient ink is in the cartridges.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.
