Product: HP ENVY Photo 7830 All-in-One Printer

My printer has stopped printing black.  I have instant ink account.  The printer diagnostic indicates that there is ink in the black cartridge.  A diasgnostic run does not print black but does not report an error.  All colour are printing correctly.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve black not printing on your Envy Photo 7830 printer. 

 

If the steps there do not resolve the issue I would suggest you contact HP for a replacement cartridge. The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.  Alternately, you can click on the Virtual Assistant.  When the assistant opens type "Where is my ink?" (w/o the quotes).  The system will ask a few questions and then schedule your shipment.
