Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Ink tank wireless 419 series printer is not printing yellow colour.I have tried all types of head cleaning processes recommended by HP but still no result. All other colours are showing properly in the diagnostic report except the yellow box which is blank.The ink tank is full and I am using HP genuine ink in all tanks.

 

Expecting a helping hand ASAP
