My HP OfficeJet 4650 will not print my Excel spreadsheet in color. it has a new color cartridge

When I try to print my Excel spreadsheet in color, it always comes out in black and white.  When I do a test page off the printer, it prints in color where it is suppose to.  I cannot find anything with in the print command or in Excel that is set as black and white only.

I suggest that you follow the steps listed below to update the firmware from HP Smart App.

1. Go to 123.hp.com (Android, Apple iOS, iPad OS), or HP Smart - Microsoft Store (Windows), or HP Smart - Mac App Store (Mac) (if not installed).

2. After completing the printer setup, click or tap on the printer’s name.

NOTE: Menu names, locations, and available settings vary by printer model.

3. Under Advanced, select Printer Home Page (EWS) or Advanced Settings.

4. Click or tap Tools or Web Services.

5. Click or tap Printer Updates or Product Update, and then click or tap Check Now.

I checked the HP settings, and the Excel settings many times.  I have printed other documents, and they print in color just fine.  It seems it is only my Excel spreadsheets that will not print in color.  They used to.  I don’t know what feature or selection has changed to stop the printing in color.  But I cannot seem to find how to turn it back on.  Any suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated.
