Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My HP Officejet 6600 is only printing black and yellow color. My color cartridges are full but my black is not full but has enough ink. My pages are only printing black and yellow even after doing a clean printhead and align printhead. I’ve also already unplugged and restarted my printer. What is wrong? Is it time to replace it?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Are you able to make copies from the printer?
- Have you tried changing the print settings in windows?
