HP Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-in-One Printer

I have revived this dormant printer after a move and it is only printing light blue. The color cartridges are low but the black is full. I am hesitant to purchase new color cartridges in case this problem won't get resolved. I have gone through all the steps of cleaning, reporting, and clearing the air vent to no avail. Has anyone had this happen and have the remedy for this issue?

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues,
