Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Photosmart C4280 printer is  not printing properly.  The print is faded.  Ink levels are good.  Test page is perfect, both colour and black & white.  I have realigned the cartridges. Checked print properties and ticked black and white.  I'm totally at a loss as to how to fix this.

Please print and evaluate a self-test as shown below:

In compare to the example shown on the video in the page, can you see any text printed clearly,a s well as the Magenta, Cyan and Yellow?

Thank you for your message. I have printed off a test page in the way you showed me but it's faded and streaky. I'm at a loss. Yet recently it printed a document perfectly in blsck & white and colour.
