HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 All-in-One Printer

My HP Officejet Pro 8028 all of a sudden refuses to print cyan ink or any tones of green, blue, purple, etc.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and the drivers.
I have put in a new cartridge.
I have run alignment and cleaning.
I have cleaned the printer using the instructions.  Nothing helps.
Wasted 7 hours with tech support.
They asked me to uninstall, reinstall, unplug, re-plug, semi-reset, reset to full factory settings, etc...none of which addresses the issue that Cyan is not working.  To add insult to injury, I receive an email stating that I had used store-bought ink and that might be the issue.  Why on Earth would I use store-bought ink when I have been paying for HP instant ink since 2020?  This was ink shipped to me by HP instant ink.
