My HP Smart Tank Plus 555 does not print cian colour at all, eather on photo and normmal paper, I have cleaned the print heads using the HP app 5 times and aligned the colors just in case, but it has not given any results. The Cyan color still does not print. It does not give any errors, but it does not print that color.

Hi @MM5002,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your HP Smart Tank Plus 555 is having trouble with the Cyan ink not printing properly. Since you've already tried cleaning the print heads and aligning the colors without success, here are a few more steps to troubleshoot.
- Check Ink Levels: Ensure that the Cyan ink level is not too low. If it's low or empty, replace it with a new bottle of Cyan ink.
- Perform a Deep Cleaning: Since the normal cleaning didn't work, try performing a more thorough "Deep Cleaning" from the HP Smart app. This will use more ink but may help to clear any blockages that normal cleaning couldn't resolve.
- Check for Air Bubbles: Sometimes air bubbles can get trapped in the ink tubes. You can try turning the printer off for about 10 minutes, then turn it back on to see if that clears any air bubbles that may have formed in the cyan ink line.
- Inspect the Ink Cartridge Area: Look for any obstructions or dried ink in the printhead area. Gently clean the printhead with a lint-free cloth lightly dampened with water if necessary.
- Try a Test Print or Print Quality Report: Run a test print or print quality report from the printer’s control panel to see if the issue is with the ink delivery system or the printer’s software.
- Perform a Printer Reset: As a last resort, you can try resetting the printer. Turn it off, unplug it from the power source, wait for 1-2 minutes, and plug it back in. This can sometimes resolve issues with the ink system.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
