All of a sudden, my printer will not print in black ink. I tried all of the diagnostic tools, I cleaned the print heads at least 6-8 times and I even installed a new ink cartridge. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the printer. I've made sure the print drivers and any related software is up to date. Nothing works. The color cartridge is working just fine. I appreciate any input that may help me get my printer working properly again.

Hi @ChicLadyMI,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
Fabulous analysis. Spectacular diagnosis of the issue before posting. Kudos to you for that. You've done a remarkable job performing the steps.
Since you mentioned that, the color prints fine, you may have to replace black and see if that works. If not the printer needs to be checked.
You may refer to this document for further assistance.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

I have tried every solution on HP's website, HP online chat, YouTube videos and nothing works. Does anyone has a phone number I can contact for Tech Support? My printer was working just fine and now all of a sudden it will not print black ink. I'm starting to think this is a software problem.
Thanks in Advance!
