Product: HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP 7858 All in one Photo printer Cyan printhead is not working.  I changed cartridges.  There is no "clean printhead" in the Tools menu.  The printhead is connected by a white tape and I don't think I can remove it to clean it.  Any suggestions?
