HP LASERJET 600 M601

The printer does the entire printing process, that is, it pulls the sheet, passes it through toner, then to the fuser and finally feeds it to the output.

The issue is that when the sheet comes out it only comes out stained, it is as if it were printing blank, we have tried printing from a computer and from the same printer display and the result is the same.

Additionally, we have already carried out the diagnosis and tested with other parts (Same Hp), in addition to refilling the toner drum, and the result is the same.

Below I put a list of what has been done with the printer:

- General Maintenance
- Reconstruction of the fuser (Replacement of pressure roller and printing film)
- The operation of all printer motors has been checked
- Diagnostic tests were carried out and all sensors gave a positive result when passing a sheet through the printing path
- Another laser feeder has been tested and the result is the same
- The drum was filled with original HP ink
- Firmware updated
- Calibration and cleaning of the printer

However, the result is the same, a blank print, only with an ink mark.

The drum gets stained with ink every time we try to print,

The fuser heating element still had to be replaced because it broke during testing.

The only thing that has not been checked are the electronic cards of the printer.

I've had the same problem for months, if anyone knows what it is I would greatly appreciate it, since in the city where I live there are no HP service centers, we have had to do everything ourselves

Hello, the toner was the first part that was replaced.

However, apparently we have already reached the solution, when we changed the laser feed element and left it printing for a long time, it finally began to give us correct impressions, which suggests that it required calibration, when we replaced the laser feed element.

After a few hours, the prints are improving, apparently it was the laser feed element

Thank you very much for the answers, greetings 🙂

It's the toner cartridge, replace it.
