Welcome to HP Community forum.
Sadly by using other manufacturer or refilled toners there's nothing we can help you with.
You can return your cartridge to MICR if they provide a warranty for their cartridges.
To maintain quality and reliability of your printer i recommend using original HP cartridges.

Just a electronics enthusiast trying to fix everything.
