Operating System: iOS

My Office Jet Pro 9015 is not printing black ink properly and the other colors are. Black ink is streaky. No error messages with cartridges. I have already cleaned the printheads multiple times and nothing. I need help.

I understand that you are facing issues with the not printing black.

 

Update the firmware. Click here

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, this could be either the cartridge is faulty or the printer might need service.
