HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 All-in-One Printer

My OfficeJet Pro 8020 series is printing in black ink, but not in color. I have cleaned the heads several times and did the alignment. What else can I do?

My HP Officejet Pro 8020 series quit printing in color a few days ago.  I suspect it is a Windows update, but I'm not sure.  Can someone tell me how to fix this, please?

NOTE:  I have cleaned the print heads, cleaned the cartridges, restarted the printer, unplugged and restarted the printer still nothing.  I am paying Instant Ink, which isn't doing me any good now.  It might help someone that is a troubleshooter to know that the printer was printing in various odd tones before it quit printing color altogether.  I am unhappy with the quality of this printer overall.  I have had many issues with it from the beginning.
