My OfficeJet Pro 8035e printer jammed with seeral sheets of paper. I cleared them out and when I try to print the page feeds okay but it comes out almost blank. There's a light grey shade of some text on the page but not enough to even read it. Ive tried HP troubleshooting and it didn't detect a problem with anything. It said my ink cartridge level was fine for all colors. I also tried taking the cartridges out and reinserting them with no success. Any ideas on what my problem is?
