My new Dell won't connect to my Photosmart 5510 B11A printer either USB or wireless.  I have a wireless connection.  I tried printing from my iPhone and the printer recognizes the print job but only shoots out blank paper.  I have ink and relatively new ink cartridges.  When I ran a print status report I got red, blue, and yellow squares inside black parentheses and a black parentheses with nothing in it.  When I ran a print quality report, I got thin blue, yellow, red, and blue lines followed by large blue red, and yellow lines going in the opposite direction followed by the squares in black parentheses again. There were no black lines,

Is this printer beyond repair?
