Hi,

My Smart Tank Plus 551 stopped printing all colors. When I print something, the colors are faded, and it does not print yellow at all. I've tried the following things: Clean the printheads (all 3 times), align the printhead (several times), print a print quality report (it does not print yellow on the page), filled the ink up. I cannot find where to contact a live person-the website is taking me in circles. Please help! I've tried to find where to order a new printhead, but the website says I can't order it.
