My printer does not print cyan and does not give any error message, ink is present, I have done head cleaning up to level 3, but it still does not print cyan.
I have also manually cleaned the print head, but with no results.
Do I need to replace the colour printhead? Where can I find it? The code on the factory one is M0H50A, but I can't find the original HP spare part.

I understand you are facing an issue with your Smart Tank Plus 550/555 printer does not print cyan, getting the error M0H50A, replace the colour printhead. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
