Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have a 5520 printer. The black ink doesn’t print. I have followed the steps on the support page as well as replaced the black ink three times. Have also cleaned the print head. Nothing . Please can someone help! It’s sooo frustrating and I have work to do.

Did you get help with this issue?

Why can we not talk to a REAL agent anymore and we no longer get free printing.. I have been paying for 2 years and never once received a new cartridge, now my black cartridge seems to be dried out and I can't get them to send me a new one because  it's not registering as empty, Horrible customer service. WILL NEVER buy HP again. ... BTW other major brands allow you to refill your cartridges... I will be going that route.
