When my printer first ran out of ink, I didn’t know about instant ink. So i went to target and got ink that I thought would work for the printer. the ink didn’t work. Someone told me it had to be from insta ink itself so i ordered some off of there and now it’s still not working.

I understand you are not able to print. Is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?
What is the error you get and which ink cartridge is affected?
For now, kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
