This printer sucks up ink like a vacuum.  I put in a case before my warranty.  When I try to find out about my case, all I get is looped around in the Virtual Chat.  How do I get information on my case #?

Hi @agmdfl

I understand how frustrating that must be — getting stuck in loops when trying to check a case can be really annoying. Unfortunately, case details and updates aren’t available through the public community forum.

The best next step is to continue through the HP Virtual Agent or HP Support Portal where the case was originally created. Once you’re signed in with the same HP account used to open the case, you should be able to see the status or request a callback from an agent.

If you’re not seeing any updates, try asking the Virtual Agent to “connect me to a live agent” — that usually helps route you to someone who can review your existing case.
