My printer; HP Smart Tank 515 was working well before but from two days ago I came to realise that it can print black colour only while the three tanks are full of coloured ink.  I tried to re install the drivers software in vain. Please assist to solve the problem.

Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?

Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?
